resin systems
Two-component, fire-retardant -grade V-0- certified by UL, systems for potting and casting of low- and medium voltage small and medium-sized transformers, capacitors, coils, electric parts, cable-links etc. The difference between the certain types is their hardness: U-461/45 very soft, U-461/38 soft, U-461/39 medium hard, U-461/40 hard. VILEPOX UHF-1
resin system
A system used for making elastic pottings of electromagnets, transformers, capacitors and for elastic castings. Good for making large castings as well, depending on the shape and construction upto 100-kg mass of resin.
VILEPOX PBU-102
resin system
Two- component, polybutadiene modified system hardening at room temperature. Fire retardant, V-0 / 4 mm according to UL 94. Suitable for potting/encapsulation of small and medium-voltage devices, transformers, capacitors, windings etc. Especially good for applications where wide range of thermal shock, vibration, water and chemical resistance are required. Due to its high flexibility it is easily removable from potting device.
VILEPOX SX-14
silicon resin system
A fire-retardant casting resin system of excellent thermal resistance for indoor and outdoor insulators, transformers, resin castings etc. Hardens at room-temperature, but curing-time can be shortened by hot-curing.
